Right now the PO installation screen lets you manually enter a default ship to address. What it won't do is let you set it to default to the job address. We'd like this capability as almost ALL of our POs are for jobs and almost all need to be shipped to the job address. The PO entry person has to remember to edit the PO ship to address to the job address on almost all purchase orders.

We have upgraded the business logic that runs Spectrum after14.24YE and will need to do the upgrade for you. I see you have already been working with Support to get this scheduled (I know there is a bit of a backlog so thank you for your patience!)

What version? I have checked my 14.24YE and do not see the option to enable in the installation screen. I have been requesting to get upgraded and even sent in the license request weeks ago, is this a benefit that came after 14.24YE?

The ability to default job PO's to the job address will be released in 14.27...which is slowing starting to roll out now.
PO Default ‘Ship to’ Address on PO’s by Type
For efficiency in data entry, users want to default in the delivery address to the job's address on job POs or the warehouse address on warehouse POs. This is now available on the Defaults tab of the Purchase Order Installation screen.
Select the option to enable this functionality.
It may be planned, but where is it in the roadmap of the product? My people were just complaining about this time waster.
I was coming to see if this exact suggestion had been made and was wondering if this is something that is coming soon. Our purchasing agents spend a lot of time changing the address on each PO to the job address. I would also like to suggest that work order POs default to the site address as part of this, but the job piece is a much higher priority.
