We would like to see an SDX template for Cash Management Wire Transfers. We have numerous transfers that occur monthly that need to be performed, and if we had a template where small changes could be made and then pushed into Spectrum to create the wire transfer, there would be time savings.

Ideally on the SDX template, we would want the ability to import MULTIPLE wire transfers with MULTIPLE lines each. Given that the wire # is auto-assigned, I’m not sure how the SDX import would know which “multiple” lines apply to a specific transfer. If we have to assign a wire # to group the lines together for import purposes, we are willing to do that in the interest of being able to import multiple wires on the same SDX import. If the Wire_# column is left blank, then the wire # would be automatically assigned and the system would assume that the single line is the entire wire transfer.

Columns in the SDX template would need to include: company code, G/L date, Bank Account (to transfer from), Wire # (if needed to group multiple lines), Transfer_Type (B or P), Amount, Memo, Bank Account (to transfer to if a B Transfer type is selected), G/L account (to transfer to if a P Transfer type is selected). We do not have cost centers, but to make this applicable to all companies, there should also be a column for cost center.
