Version 13 of Spectrum had a contract inquiry screen that allowed the user to enter the job number and then select the customer. In Version 14, you have to know the customer and then the job #. This is cumbersome as we typically know the job # when attempting to review contract information. It's the customer we don't usually know.
Please either change the order to job # then customer code for pulling up the contract screen OR allow the operator to define their preference on how they would like to pull up this information.
This continues to be a source of problems for users, especially given that Version 13 handled this in the opposite manner.
