We would like the ability to specify when a payroll check shows up in the Kiosk instead of when it actually posts in payroll. Most of our company's pay day is Friday and we distribute checks at 2:00 on Thursday but we process the payrolls Tue and Wed to meet direct deposit requirements. We now have people calling payroll about their checks while they are still trying to process other companies because they show up as soon as payroll as processed that company's checks. Would be nice to be able to specify day and time for each pay run as some companies have different pay days than others.

I am happy to report that this is already a feature in Spectrum's HR application. You can decide when the employees see their earnings.
As we will be moving everyone away from Employee Kiosk and to Spectrum HR, it is highly doubtful that we will make any changes to EK.
