I am requesting an export file that has all state requirement for unemployment reporting which includes a pre-prepared file where we don't have to build the files ourselves. Viewpoint by Vista already has this capability. It is very time consuming to have to build the data files then export the file only to have to further create another file from the one exported.

I recommend using the Payroll File Build feature. It should allow you to create a file in this manner.
