Idea: AP - Check Register History report not breaking up payment to different detail lines on invoice

More information: Customer would like the AP | Reports | DBE Job Cost History Report to have the option to be run for invoices that are paid. Please see below:

Thanks so much for looking at our issue tonight. The enhancement we need on the DBE JC/HISTORY Report is to be able to run it by invoices that are paid. In South Carolina our DBE Reporting is based on when the DBE is paid not the date of the invoice. This would be helpful to all road construction contractors working on Federal Aid Projects.
