AR - Automatic Invoice Numbering when Updating AIA Draw Request when Job Number is more then 7 digits.

Prior to installing 11.4 when we updated our Draw Request it would take our 8 digit job # (2001-161) and drop the first number and add 3 characters to create an unique invoice # when updating a draw request. (001-161*01). We wish this could still be the case. Otherwise, the system creates its own invoice number . When you go into the inquiry screen , you can see the draw request entries but you can't tell which application is #1, #2, #3 etc. unless you pull the hard copy. We have experienced duplicate credit invoice #'s Incident # 458026 when the system automatically issues a credit invoice number when we reverse an AIA Draw request .
