Add ability to download multiple docs at once in DI search listing windows

We would like the ability to download multiple images at one time. Often we have auditors that need all of one vendors invoices, or clients who request  backup documentation for jobs. Currently you have to download each file individually. we would like to see some sort of selection ability added to the DI search results window with the ability to download all the selected files at one time.

    How would you recommend doing this for work order related documents and the purchase order documents along with vendors invoices?

    I recommend that you use DI | Search Documents to do this.

    Yes, you will have to select the cabinet and drawer, but once you have your items displayed, you can click the Listing button.  Select Distribute and it will download all of the images.
