Time Card History Report Option By Work Date

I have to report wages for our workmen's comp carrier based on work date 12 months prior to date of injury.  I used to be able to use the RP report to get this information; however, since others in accounting closed all of last year's jobs this report will not include earnings for the closed jobs.  I have only run into this since upgrading to Version 13.  Some employees have way too many jobs within that period of time so is not feasible to reopen and close each job.
