Control Timecard entry to Close PM (equipment) work orders

It would be very helpful if Spectrum will have some control settings to prevent payroll timecards from being entered against closed PM (equipment) work orders.  When we close a work order our maintenance department has already made sure all costs have been posted and then runs final Work Order Cost reports.  If someone accidentally posts to a closed work, it skews their maintenance cost reports.  I know their might be situation where we would need to override and still post to a closed work order, but as a rule we would not.
