PR Report: Dates on Detail Job Report - add to headers on all pages of the report

When processing payroll I print out the Detail Job Distribution Report. The first page of the report shows the Week Ending and Check Dates but none of the following pages show these dates in the heading. The only date appearing on subsequent pages of the report in the "Printed by ... as of ..." in the lower left corner. My reports are separated and filed in front of the time sheets by job and it would be very helpful to have the Week Ending and Check Date appear in the heading of each page - perhaps on the far right on the same lines as the Company and Job information? Thank you.
