vacation sick hours accrual

at present the hours off (vacation / sick) accrual has a box for limiting accrual - but this appears to only be in relation to the accrued hours for the year -
(ie. if you can accrue 2 weeks per year then this limit would be 80 hours).   We have a maximum accrual balance at which if an employee doesn't use their vacation and have accrued 1 1/2 times the annual vacation hours then it is supposed to stop accruing vacation until they use some hours and balance falls below the 1 1/2 times (ie annual accrual 120 hours - 1 1/2 times = 180 hours - once the vacation hours balance reaches the 180 it should stop accruing vacation until employee use it.
the program needs to add a max allowed limit field to the setup

  We have this same issue (differing limits from yours). In our case, the limit varies by length of employment. In nearly all cases, you can only accrue up to 1 week beyond however many weeks to which you are otherwise entitled: 1 to 3 years of employment, you can accrue up to 3 weeks, because you are entitled to 2 weeks of vacation per year. Over 10 years, you can accrue up to 5 weeks (4 weeks of vacation per year, plus 1 additional week)
