OSHA/Accidents - more space for information

We track OSHA as well as Auto Accidents in the Safety/OSHA area.  Under the tab, Other Information you are able to enter in the other parties’ information as well as Property/Vehicle information.  The spaces to choose from is slim and the information you can enter in real basic. The entry information for these screens also seems to be geared for in-house information, information that is already in our system.   Many times this is not the case, expecaly when entering in the other party's information.

 

I would also like to see spaces where we can put the adjusters name, phone number, address and email. There should be an area for both our company’s adjusters name and the other party’s information.  It should also be tracked.  If a case changes, the adjuster changes and we would like to track, who what and where for the adjuster.

 


Under Property/Vehicle's if you want to edit you entry, you have to reenter in all the information again. At least that has been my experience.
