PR - California SDI - out of balance based on earnings

California SDI (SDI) - I have to make corrections on all my employees for SDI.   Even when the employee max's.  From October through December I have to monitor those employees who are going over the maxim for the year and make corrections when they do.  Then at the end of the year I have to correct almost all my other employees because the calculation based on their earnings are off.  Most have been one to two cents but I have been off ad much as sixteen cents, either negative or positive.  I would like to see the SDI correct itself each week.

    This has been an issue for years. We would really like to get it fixed.

    I agree.  Alaska has an employee and employer contribution for Unemployment so we have to use the SDI for reporting.  Takes a lot of extra time monitoring when an employee reaches the annual max because Spectrum doesn't calculate correctly.
