PO # length imported from ticketing system

The length limit on purchase order numbers transferred from our independent scale ticketing system to OP invoices is 10 characters.  This is entered in Scale Data Format code SI.PONO which has a maximum length of 10.  If you manually input an OP invoice, that field holds more characters.  We would like to be able to transfer 20 characters to that spot.
