AR - Draw Request Tax Allocation Override Tax Amount

We need the ability to override the sales tax amount in the tax allocation area of the Draw Request Summary. Currently it looks like you can change the amount, but the change doesn't stick.

As a highway contractor, we enter the draw request information from the payment information we receive from the DOT. Often what the DOT calculates as sales tax doesn't match what Spectrum calculated as sales tax. If we don't make our draw match the DOT information, the payment and the invoice don't match.

There are some workarounds, but they are clumsy to use - change the tax on the AR invoice created from the draw, or add additional lines in tax allocation summary to adjust for the tax difference. We would prefer to be able to override the tax amount in tax allocation and have the override amount stick.
