Purchase Order Module - Change sales tax code in heard should follow detail page

In Purchase Order Module, Spectrum V14, when job is entered the sales tax populates automatically on the first page.  When the purchase is out of state we change the sales tax code to Use Tax (U6) but this does not follow through to the Detail Page.  After you enter your line items you have to go back and “change” each one to U6.  We feel this should follow through from Page 1.
