Employee Personal Email Address Field

Please add an Employee Personal Email Address field in the Payroll module. This seems to be a very basic missing field in the Payroll/Employee Main Properties screen and the Personal Info tab. If the HR module is used, the applicable field could flow into the Payroll module.
