Order Processing - Pricing

The ability of a FIFO rate with a markup to become a sell price that would flow into Order Processing as the list price.   The markup would be based on the Item Category. 

The sell price changes based on the FIFO cost with a set mark up driven by the Item Category.  All sales are done thru Order Processing. 
The cost to the job is actual FIFO cost without a markup.
