Change Orders entered on Completed Jobs

A change order can be executed on a completed job.

I am not aware of any way to track change orders executed (but not billed) on a job that has been marked completed.  Spectrum should not allow this entry, just like it does not allow AP or Payroll entries to completed jobs!
