PO - WO Purchase Orders Cost Markup Warning

In V14 we suddenly have this new cost markup warning that pops up line by line in purchase orders written to work orders. We need this warning to be an install "flag on/off " option rather than mandatory for everyone as it is a hindrance for our service people. We have a standing rule that all material is highlighted and re-priced when billing a work order and this takes care of any re-pricing needed from changes in dollar amounts. With this option happening in purchase order it is slowing down the purchase order entry; especially on those purchase orders with many lines.
