PR Reports - Employee listing by Union and Wage Code charged

We would like to run a report either by job or by Union Code showing each wage code and all employees that have charged to that wage code within a set period of time.  We run Payroll from one Company and charge them out to jobs within other companies and I think that is why we cannot find a report that is giving us this information.
