Recently I needed a report that would give me all the accounts payable (open & history) that had been entered into the system against a specific job #.
Below is the process I used to obtain this report:

Under Selection I entered the Job #
I started printing this report and quickly realized that this report was not computed correctly. The system had generated a report for EVERY vendor in the system. The file was HUGE.
In my opinion, the system should have generated a report with ONLY the payables that had been charged to the specific job #.
