Change Order Budgets

I would like a report and/or inquiry that tracks budget changes based on change orders. One phase code may have multiple changes to the budget based on change orders and if we are trying to track the original budget to the current budget, it is nearly impossible to find the changes in Spectrum currently. The best I can do is run a detailed change request log and search for that phase code in the report. I would like to see something like:

Phase 100-100
Original Budget: $10,000
Change Order #2: $2,000
Change Order #4: ($500)
Current Budget: $11,500

This would also allow us to verify that change orders have been coded properly.
