Email list of unapproved invoices to users

We have several categories of users who are not in Spectrum every day so it would be nice to have automatic email sent nightly when there are unapproved invoices in a person's queue.  Having a large number of unapproved invoices outstanding affects our profitability since we mark up our costs to determine revenues and thus profit.  Some users are running jobs in multiple Spectrum companies so may not log into both companies to see invoices there, or they may be at the job site and not normally need to log into Spectrum, so the reminder email would be very helpful.

I would like them to see similar data to what appears on the AP Approval Performance report.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs. Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
