Job Attributes: We would like these to contain descriptions of the type of projects, for reference when bidding new similar projects

Our estimators need a way to look up jobs by the type of project (using keywords or attributes) when bidding new similar projects. We work mostly in 5 regions, but also do work in others, and have done many thousands of jobs so we need a way to easily look up work of a similar type when we are bidding new work.  For example we might use keywords (or attributes) such as: Hospital, Medical Office Building, Retail, Mixed Use, Parking Structure, Condominium, Apartments, Hotel, Casino, Themed work, Office, Facade, Ceiling, EIFS, Exterior Panels, Educational, University, High school, BIM, Tower, and others.

One project might have several keywords, for example: Hosptial, high-rise, medical office building.   Or Casino, Themed work, facade, EIFS could all be keywords on one job.

> I’m at Sauer and we’ve got an issue related to them tracking a bunch of different things on the job and we are creating upwards of 20 UDF fields set to yes/no. We can’t create a dropdown because it works exactly like attributes does in the fact that you could be any combination of these twenty items. Has there been any discussion or planning to bringing the idea of attributes down to the job level?
