TM - Update billings wants a way to control the jobs displayed

In T&M / Data Entry / Update billings/ defaults to all, then the window opens and in V14 all jobs are selected.  The user then has to deselect the jobs not wanted and then proceed.  In V13 the default was not selected and then the user could select which jobs they wanted to select.  Could we either add a select all or not selected all or change it back to not selected?  Right now we have 37 jobs and if the user wants to update 10 jobs they need to un-select 27 or manually enter the 10 job numbers if system would allow entering 10 job numbers.
