AP - Accounts Payable Retention Release by Percentage

There is a need to be able to release retention by percentage or lump sum dollar amount.  It very time consuming to pull in the transactions necessary to release retention for each subcontractor on the project.  If retention could be released by a percentage or dollar amount having the system pull in the oldest retention up to the percent or dollar amount entered.
