WO- Use tax

We need the ability to have the system accrue use tax on material purchases for work orders that same way it does it for job cost material purchases.  Right now the work order screen only allows for a Sales Tax code to be entered.  When we are servicing real property we should be paying use tax on our cost rather then charging Sales Tax on the retail price to the customer.  Work order can't handle that right now, it should be set up to work like job cost material purchases.
