PR - Deduction History per Timecard Line

The payroll deduction history table only shows totals of each deduction type for the check.

If a union employee worked in multiple union codes/classifications, there is no indication of what part of the deduction was under which code. Deductions should be calculated and the actuals stored in a history file per timecard line. This exists for Fringes, but not Deductions.

This can be an issue when someone is promoted to the next classification (Apprentice 45% to 50%) or if they temporarily work at another level (a Journeyman works as a Foreman one day because the regular Forman is on vacation). We have to report the deductions under each classification to the union correctly, down to the penny. Since there is no history file, the Monthly Union Report re-calculates the deductions and due to different rounding, can come up with numbers that don't exactly match what came out of the checks.

  Union dues are only calculating on base wages, not overtime nor double time.

  It is a % of base pay but unable to select base pay and overtime or double time, which makes the union due amount to be off by several dollars.
