Credit Card Payment - Allow Multiple Invoice Selection

The Credit Card Payment entry screen isn't setup to make it easy to select multiple invoices for payment. For example, if we use a credit card to pay a substantial number of vendor invoices by the discount date, each individual invoice has to be added one by one.

Minimum enhancement: Add similiar selection capability as the normal payment processing screen
Ideal enhancement: Integrate different payment methods into one payment processing screen. Methods should include Check, Credit Card, and ACH.
