HR - Human Resources - More Options on Properties Tab

In Human Resources Installation, you can set up groups that have access to the various tabs in an Employee File. If you allow access to the Properties tab, you have the option to include or exclude access to the "financials" and "taxes" buttons on that tab.

This needs to be expanded so that the other 6 buttons can be included or excluded as well.
