Request that all updates to G/L be numbered and have secondary approval before posting.

It sure would be nice if all Journals were numbered.  With several people entering cash receipts, invoices & payroll, it's way too easy for one of them to 'forget' to give me the Journal.  If they were numbered (like GL entries are) it would be easy to make sure all have been accounted for.
