I'm looking for ideas...anyone?
Our 401K Pension Plan is based on a fiscal year. I would like to utilize an Add-on Code in PR to calculate the employer match. Since W-2's need the total pension for Jan-Dec and our plan is Mar-Feb, we have not figured out an AUTOMATED way to track employer match within Spectrum.
I can't imagine that we're the first company to run into this so how are others handling this situation?
I would like for Spectrum to have a good procedure/process to do this in Spectrum soon.
