PR - Time Card Entry by Employee

We need to see the salary amount for salaried employees in the header portion of the time card entry screen.  We have add-on codes set up for bonus holidays and bonus vacation days, etc., and we need to EASILY see the salary amount since we need to do manual calculations for the rates.

Right now, we have to enter a "R" pay type, enter hours, redistribute (to pick up salary amount), then edit the transaction.

Also, it would be very helpful if add-ons that affect the wage bucket were included in the Totals box in the header of this screen.
