Unemployment check box in employee master should include SDI

PA and NJ have employee contributions to unemployment. In Spectrum we enter that in the SDI section of the tax tables since there is no option for an employee contribution for SUI. We implemented the check box in the employee master file to assign an employee to a specific state for unemployment. It works perfectly if the work state on the time card line is the same as the state identified in the employee record. If the employee is working out of state then it works for the employer portion but no subject to wages and therefore no deduction is calculated on the employee side. So for example if the unemployment state is PA and the employee works in PA everything calculates correctly. If the employee works in DE it only calculates the employer side for PA Unemployment and does not calculate the employee deduction for PA unemployment (or SDI) Support says that it is only for unemployment. But the 2 are inseparable - employer portion and employee portion. This feature should take into account both employee and employer.
