Retention for Subcontracts

We would like a way to remove the default 10% retention in the subcontracts under A/P.  I know that after the subcontract is set up this can be changed to zero, but it would be nice to not have to change it each time.  We are able to set up our subcontracts through the job setup module, and this adds another step to the process.

  This is available in System Administration | Installation | Accounts Payable. Properties tab under "Default subcontract retention percent".
