HR - Incident/Claim tracking capability

We track our incidents/claims with an access database with connectivity to Spectrum Tables.  We have incident/claim categories such as: Company Liability, Equipment Damage, Equipment Theft, Employee Injury, and Utility Claims.  Employee injuries can be tracked through the HR/OSHA in each employee's data record.  But, we don't have any other way to track the other incidents/claims through spectrum.

It looks like we could configure the OSHA area to track different types of claims; however, because of its structure, I don't believe that would be ideal.

Any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
