Pre-time import for salaried employees

In order to capture accurate job or equipment costs we import time for salaried employees along with hourly.  There is not a single pay type which will allow the import of time with a set rate for salaried employees without overwriting the rate with their entire salary automatically redistributed across all lines imported, even if it is only one line.  Incentive pay, bonus pay, special pay all get wiped out for the entire salary.   Only an add-on will keep the rate.   We have unchecked the option in our installation settings to automatically recalculate rates, but this has no effect on salaried employee time card records with standard pay types.  Some pay type that would not be automatically have the salary redistributed to it for salaried employees would be helpful.
