MM Plant/Pit Production Report - Previous Year info no longer YTD

Report in previous versions of Spectrum included the YTD information for Previous Year for same year/period end report was being run for.  i.e.,  report run for month ending 7/31/11 - you have columns for 'Month to Date' that includes Quantity/Amount/Units for the month of July - and current 'Year to Date' columns that include Quantity/Amount/Units from January, 2011 through July, 2011.  But the columns for 'Previous Year' are Quantity/Amount/Units for the entire year of 2010.  NOT just January, 2010 through July, 2010.  This is the way the report ran previously and client is requesting this functionality be reinstated.  See Client's write up below.

In version 12 and before, this report would display the current month Qty/Amt/Unit, then the current year-to-date Qty/Amt/Unit and finally the prior year…year-to-date Qty/Amt/Unit.  Now the report shows the final trio as the prior year…full year Qty/Amt/Unit.
 
While I can see the usefulness of the prior year…full year layout, the comparison of this year YTD verses last year YTD was valuable to us and I would like to see it return, at the very least, as an option on which version of the prior year info is included in the report.

    This is resolved by using the Open Forward Balance Update
