Document Imaging Security option

We would like to propose to add a check box to allow you to apply security settings in document imaging for all companies per employee. For example, right now if I want to add Archived Reports/AP to a new employee, I need to go into each company and add the access for each item to each employee. For those that have multiple companies it would be very beneficial.
