JC - Add Labor Hours & Labor Rate Data in Projected Cost Entry Screen

Labor hours and labor rate data should be added to the Projected Cost Entry screen in order to provide sufficient data in this window to confirm job cost (and labor) projections on the fly.  This data should include estimated labor hours / rate, JTD actual labor hours and rate, as wells as projected 'To Complete' and 'At Completion' hours / rate figures.  Currently, the only projected data available on the Projected Cost Entry screen is the projected dollar cost to complete and the projected dollar cost at completion.  Since labor is a major component of the projections process for most contractors, it would be very helpful to have projected labor hours and labor rate information readily available on this screen. 

In order to review projected labor hours and labor rate data under the current system, PM's need to print or preview the Update Report.  If this projected information is not what they intended, then they need to return to the Projected Cost Entry screen and re-work their projections.  Adding the labor projections to the data entry screen would be a major improvement in streamlining the labor projections process.
