AP: Ability to select invoices by location / Cash Requirements notes

We have several offices and each office posts their own AP.  Checks are cut out of the Corp office.  I constantly recieve emails from the various locations with notes about specifics on invoices to pay or not to pay. 

I would like to see a pre-check report that brings in notes, etc regarding these and can then make the determination how to proceed.
