Sticky Notes on A/P invoices flow through to T&M billings

I would like to see sticky notes placed on A/P invoices at time of approval to flow through to T&M billings.  We use these for any explanation needed to the customer when they are approving our T&M invoices.

i just asked if this could be done yesterday as when we change a vendor invoice (shortpay, remove tax, accrue tax) we have to put a note on there for billing so they can bill our clients properly. it would be great to be able to do that on the invoice image in spectrum and be able to print it out with the note.
