JX PR Credit Labor Expense to Emp. Cost Center

When we currently post our JX PR adjustments in version 13, the offsetting (contra) labor expense credit hits the cost center of the job. This should go to the employees cost center instead. The "home" cost center for the employee is often different than job's cost center.

This issue creates unwanted variances against our budget numbers, problems with individual cost center P&L's and takes additional time to reconcile at month end.
