Entering a Training Event for all active staff with one data entry

Good morning,

We had a corporate wide training event for all of our active staff.  It would nice to enter this training event for all active staff in one step rather than entering the training event for each employee. We have 190 employees on payroll so one entry for our entire staff's training event rather than 190 separate entries would be a huge data entry time saver.
