Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

We have the same issue with length of name. Also had an issue as noted below with an employee who had no middle name but was a Jr. It printed out correctly on our 1095 Form but was not correct when submitted through Nelco. I didn't catch it on the worksheet prior to submitting so had to submit a correction.
We have the same issue. In addition to the character length, we have troubles with our ACA submission because the dependent names are not split out by first, middle, last, suffix in the ACA file. As a result, if we have a name: John Doe Jr
First: John
Middle:
Last: Doe
Suffix: Jr
They end up being reported in the ACA file with
First: John
Middle: Doe
Last: Jr
Suffix:
We need to be able to specify what is populated for the first, middle, last and suffix for all dependents.
