Notes - indicator that Notes are entered (Internal & Form)

In Version 13, the Notes button would have an "i" next to it if notes existed for a purchase order. In version 14, if form notes or internal notes are entered, there is no indication that notes are there.

We'd like to see some sort of visual indicator when a PO is pulled up as to whether internal or form notes have been entered (maybe have the button turn a different color? or put an "i" above it similar to V13).

This should be implemented. Crazy that there is no way to know. We have 30 users with thousands of jobs. How are we suppose to know when to check for notes and not.
