Copy internal notes on AR invoice to Contract open items, not customer

In V13 if you were reviewing contract open items and adding an internal note, you could copy the note to all other non-zero open items for that CONTRACT. Now in V14, you are only given the option to copy the notes to all non-zero open items for that CUSTOMER (which could be a significant number of jobs and open items not applicable to the contract under review).

I'd like to see this Internal Notes copy function to be specific to the area that you are reviewing.
1. If you are in Contract open items, the internal notes copy function should be specific ONLY to the CONTRACT being viewed
2. If you are in Customer open items, the internal notes copy function should be specific  ONLY to the CUSTOMER being viewed

We suddenly have a bunch of notes for a TON of jobs for a customer that we're going to have to manually delete.
