Ability to Email Document Images directly from Spectrum

V13: In version 13, the user has the ability to pull up an image in Document Imaging. They can then click on File, choose Send, and then specify "Document" or "Document with Annotations". This would then attach the document image to an email message that could then be sent directly from Spectrum.

V14: In version 14, I can find no ability to email a document image when viewing it without downloading the document and then going to your email program and manually attaching it to an email.

We would like this functionality back that was present in V13. We used this A LOT! This has created a lot of extra steps to email document images from Spectrum.

  We used this a lot also! Additionally, we want the ability to print document images with annotations. Currently there is no option to do so and when you print, all annotations are stripped.
